    Our team is supporting a First Nation, in managing a variety of housing projects across community locations. The work includes home renovations and new home construction, with portions of the retrofit projects utilizing funding from the Greener Homes Grant program.

    Municipal Recovery Support – Natural Disaster Response

    Our team is supporting the Municipality of Jasper’s recovery efforts following the 2024 wildfire, providing project management expertise across tracking, transition, and demobilization activities. We assist with monitoring action items, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring a structured, accountable approach to recovery operations.

    This work highlights our ability to support municipalities in high-pressure, rapidly evolving situations, helping to maintain continuity, streamline processes, and ensure recovery efforts are efficiently tracked and executed.
